1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using LeadEdge AI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of service
LeadEdge AI provides real estate professionals with tools for lead management, conversation tracking, property listing management, appointment scheduling, follow-up templates, and digital business-card functionality. Core app data is stored locally on the device.
3. Eligibility and responsibilities
The App is intended for business users and real estate professionals aged 18 or over. You must use the App lawfully, ensure that personal information you enter has been collected appropriately, maintain the security of your device, and take responsibility for backing up locally stored data.
4. Data and privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data entered into the App, including client contact information and property details.
5. Intellectual property
Content, design, code, and branding associated with LeadEdge AI are owned by LeadEdge AI and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without written consent.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy of information obtained through the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadEdge AI and its developers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App, including loss of locally stored data, business, revenue, or errors in lead scoring.
7. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. We may update the App or these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
