By downloading, installing, or using LeadEdge AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LeadEdge AI is a mobile application that provides real estate professionals with tools for lead management, conversation tracking, property listing management, appointment scheduling, follow-up templates, and a digital business card with QR code functionality.

The App stores all user data locally on the device and does not require an account or internet connection for core functionality.

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for use by real estate professionals and business users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of LeadEdge AI, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Ensure that any personal data you enter about clients or leads has been collected in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws
• Maintain the security of your device, including using a passcode or biometric lock
• Take responsibility for backing up your data, as all information is stored locally on your device
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how data is handled within the App. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your data on external servers.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter into the App, including client contact information and property details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding associated with LeadEdge AI are the intellectual property of LeadEdge AI and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LeadEdge AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadEdge AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data stored on your device
• Loss of business or revenue
• Errors in lead scoring or dashboard statistics
• Inability to access the App due to device issues

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadEdge AI and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App if you violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
