LeadEdge AI ("we", "our", or "the App") is a mobile application designed for real estate professionals to manage leads, conversations, listings, and appointments. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.
Information we collect
You may enter agent profile information, lead and client details, listing details, appointment information, and conversation records. Core app data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, location data, browsing history, or data from other apps.
How information is used
Information entered into the App is used to provide its core functionality, including managing leads, listings and appointments, generating contact QR codes, providing follow-up templates, and showing dashboard statistics based on your local data.
Sharing and security
LeadEdge AI does not share your data with third parties. Information may leave your device only when you choose to display or share a QR code, use a native share function, or add an appointment to your device calendar. Your device passcode, biometric lock, encryption, and app sandbox help protect locally stored data.
Retention and deletion
Your data remains on your device while the App is installed. You can delete individual records, clear the App's data in device settings, or uninstall the App.
