2.1 Data You Provide

When you use LeadEdge AI, you may enter the following types of information:

This means your data stays on your phone and is not transmitted to external servers unless you explicitly choose to share it (for example, by sharing your QR code or using the share function).

2.3 Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit the following:

• Personal data to external servers or cloud databases
• Analytics or tracking data
• Location data
• Advertising identifiers
• Browsing history
• Data from other apps on your device

3. How We Use Your Information

The information you enter into LeadEdge AI is used solely to provide the app's core functionality:

• Displaying your agent profile and digital business card
• Managing and organising your leads, listings, and appointments
• Generating QR codes containing your contact information (vCard format)
• Providing follow-up message templates
• Showing dashboard statistics based on your local data

4. Data Sharing

LeadEdge AI does not share your data with third parties. Your data remains on your device at all times.

The only circumstances under which your information may leave your device are:

• QR Code Sharing: When you display your QR code, anyone who scans it will receive your agent contact details in vCard format. You control when and to whom you show this code.
• Share Functions: When you use the built-in share function (e.g., sharing contact details via text or email), the data is shared through your device's native sharing capabilities.
• Calendar Integration: When you add an appointment to your device calendar, the appointment details are stored in your device's calendar app.

5. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, its security is governed by your device's built-in security features, including:

• Device passcode or biometric lock (Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint)
• Device encryption (enabled by default on modern iOS and Android devices)
• App sandboxing (each app's data is isolated from other apps)

We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using a strong passcode or biometric authentication to protect your data.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data persists on your device for as long as the app is installed. You can delete your data at any time by:

• Deleting individual leads, listings, or appointments within the app
• Clearing the app's data through your device settings
• Uninstalling the app (this removes all locally stored data)

7. Children's Privacy

LeadEdge AI is a professional business tool designed for real estate agents. It is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Third-Party Services

LeadEdge AI does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app uses the following system-level capabilities:
